Terms & Conditions
Queue Management System Innovation Program
These Terms and Conditions govern participation in QueueBee's Queue Management System Innovation Program (Program), operated by QueueBee Solution Pty Ltd (ABN 26 686 259 914) (QueueBee). By submitting an application to participate in the Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
1. Program
The Program has been established to collaborate with selected Australian organisations to evaluate and improve customer journey, customer flow and service delivery using QueueBee’s solutions within a real operating environment.
The Program is intended to create measurable operational improvements while allowing QueueBee to better understand Australian customer journey requirements across different industries.
Participation in the Program does not constitute the purchase of software or services.
2. Eligibility
Applications are open to organisations operating within Australia. Applicants should:
- operate a customer-facing business or organisation;
- have an identifiable customer journey or service process;
- nominate an authorised representative;
- be willing to actively participate throughout the Program; and
- be able to provide operational feedback during and after the Program.
QueueBee reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
3. Selection Process
Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance. Participants will be selected based on factors including:
- suitability of the customer journey;
- operational readiness;
- potential for measurable improvement;
- resource availability;
- geographic considerations;
- diversity of industries represented; and
- program capacity.
QueueBee may decline any application without providing reasons.
4. Scope
Each participating organisation will receive a Program proposal outlining the agreed scope. The proposal may include:
- Customer Journey Assessment;
- workflow review;
- system configuration;
- implementation services;
- onboarding and training;
- technical support;
- operational review meetings; and
- final outcome assessment.
The exact scope may vary between organisations.
5. Duration
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the Program is intended to run for approximately ninety (90) days from the agreed commencement date. QueueBee may extend or shorten the Program where reasonably required.
6. Commercial Terms
Participation in the Program does not imply that all products, hardware, software, services or implementation activities will be provided free of charge.
Commercial arrangements, including any implementation fees, hardware costs, travel expenses, subscriptions or ongoing licensing, will be documented separately and must be agreed by both parties before implementation commences.
Any preferred pricing or Founding Customer benefits are discretionary and apply only where expressly confirmed in writing.
7. Participant's Responsibilities
Participants agree to:
- nominate a project representative;
- provide reasonable access to relevant personnel;
- participate in scheduled review meetings;
- provide accurate operational information;
- notify QueueBee of significant operational changes that may affect the Program; and
- use the Program in good faith throughout the agreed period.
8. QueueBee's Responsibilities
QueueBee will use reasonable care and skill in delivering the agreed Program services. QueueBee will conduct the agreed assessment, configure the agreed solution, provide onboarding support, respond to support enquiries within reasonable business timeframes, and conduct a final Program review.
9. Confidential Information
Both parties agree to keep confidential all non-public commercial, operational and technical information disclosed during the Program. Neither party shall disclose confidential information without prior written consent unless required by law.
10. Privacy
QueueBee will collect, use and store personal information in accordance with applicable Australian privacy laws and QueueBee’s Privacy Policy. Information collected through the Program will only be used for assessing Program applications, communicating with applicants, delivering the Program, improving QueueBee products and services, and complying with legal obligations.
11. Operational Data
Where operational data is collected during the Program, ownership of each party’s existing data remains with that party. QueueBee may use anonymised and aggregated operational information for product development, benchmarking, research, reporting and service improvement.
No confidential or identifiable customer information will be published without written permission.
12. Marketing and Case Studies
QueueBee will not publicly identify a participant or publish its name, logo, testimonial or case study without prior written consent. Participants are under no obligation to provide testimonials or marketing endorsements.
13. Intellectual Property
All QueueBee software, documentation, designs, methodologies, trademarks and intellectual property remain the property of QueueBee unless otherwise agreed in writing. Participation in the Program does not transfer any intellectual property rights.
14. Availability
QueueBee may modify, suspend or discontinue the Program, or amend these Terms and Conditions, at any time where reasonably necessary. Such changes will not affect obligations already agreed in writing unless both parties agree otherwise.
15. Termination
Either party may withdraw from the Program by providing reasonable written notice. QueueBee may terminate participation immediately where:
- information provided is materially inaccurate;
- the participant breaches these Terms;
- the participant becomes unable to continue the Program; or
- continuing the Program is no longer commercially or operationally practical.
16. No Guarantee
While QueueBee aims to improve customer journey outcomes, operational efficiency and customer experience, no guarantee is given regarding specific business outcomes, financial results or performance improvements. Results will depend on each organisation’s existing processes, operational practices, staffing and implementation.
17. Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or guarantees that cannot legally be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Subject to applicable law, QueueBee’s liability arising from participation in the Program is limited to the extent permitted by law.
18. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia. The parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
